July 28, 2010 -- Zoe Morse has been selected to the u14 US National Development Program ID Camp

Zoe Morse, Center Mid for the U15 Girls Red Team, has been selected to attend the u14 US National Development Program ID Camp in Portland, Oregon. The camp will run from July 31 - August 7. The National Development Program ID Camp will bring in the top 72 players in the United State from the 1997 birth year. These players were selected after competing at their individual Regional ODP Camp earlier this month. Zoe is actually a 1998 birth year and played up at regional camp and has again been selected to play up a year at the NDP ID Camp. This is a special opportunity as there are only a handful of players in the nation that have been selected to play up at this camp.

There are 4 regions in the United States, Region I (East), Region II (Midwest), Region III (South), and Region IV (West). Zoe attended the Region II ODP camp in Dekalb, IL. Region II consists of 14 states in the greater Midwest. At camp Zoe was selected to the 1997 Region II ODP pool. This pool consists of the top 36-40 players from the region, 32-36 field players and 4 goalkeepers. Through Zoe's success at Regional ODP camp she was selected to the NDP u14 ID Camp.

The NDP u14 ID Camp will serve as the initial step to begin the selection for the US National Pool and US National Team at U15.
