January 24, 2011 -- Michigan Girls ODP Selects Final Rosters

 

During the month of January the Michigan Girls Olymic Development Program (ODP) held multiple sessions to finalize team rosters. The final state rosters for the 1994-1998 age groups have been finalized and TNT has six (6) players represented.

 

1998 Age Group:

Zoe Morse - TNT '97 Girls Red Team. (Zoe has been asked to play up a year and participate with the 1997 age group!)

 

1997 Age Group:

Hannah Darmofal - TNT '97 Girls Red Team.

Meg Darmofal - TNT '97 Girls Red Team.

Abby Schmidt - TNT '97 Girls Red Team.

 

1996 Age Group:

Tara Lierman - TNT '97 Girls Red Team.

Olivia Sherman - TNT '97 Girls Red Team.

 

All six players will participate with their respective Michigan ODP state teams while at Region II ODP Camp this coming summer.

Region II consists of 14 states in the greater Midwest (Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio North, Ohio South, South Dakota, Wisconsin). All State ODP Team players from each state attend camp for their specific birth year camp. Usually there are around 300-400 players per camp.

We would also like to conratulate and recognize all 6 players for representing TNT and the state of Michigan through ODP. Good luck to all of you during the Winter and Spring seasons. Keep up the good work!
